Specifically, additional controlled airspace is needed for SIAPs operations at Waukesha County Airport, Waukesha, WI. Also, John H. Batten Field would be changed to John H. Batten Airport. The area would be depicted on appropriate aeronautical charts. Class E airspace areas are published in Paragraph 6005 of FAA Order 7400.9S, dated October 3, 2008, and effective October 31, 2008, which is incorporated by reference in 14 CFR 71.1. The Class E airspace designation listed in this document would be published subsequently in the Order.
