Take notice that on November 21, 2008, Enogex L.L.C. (Enogex) filed pursuant to section 284.123(b)(2) of the Commission’s regulations, filed a petition requesting that the Commission approve its rates pursuant to section 31(a)(2) of the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978. Enogex proposes a fuel factor of 0.29% for the East Zone and a fuel factor of 0.94% for the West Zone of its system for Fuel Year 2009. December 4, 2008.
    On December 10, 2008, staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission will conduct a site visit of ANR Pipeline Company's proposed 
Wisconsin 2009 Expansion Project in Janesville, Wisconsin. The purpose 
of this site visit is to review the project's proposed and alternative
