increase to 70 percent for 2015 and netzero for 2018.)
• Cost-shared testing, evaluation, and
demonstration of technologies and
approaches.
• Carrying out pilot programs and
demonstration projects to evaluate
replicable approaches.
DOE requests comment on the initial
criteria being considered for the
competitive selection of the Supporting
Consortium and the cost-shared RD&D
