AGENCY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will file the plat of survey of the lands described below in the BLM-Eastern States, Springfield, Virginia, 30 calender days from the date of publication in the Federal Register. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This survey was requested by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The lands we surveyed are: SUMMARY: Fifth Principal Meridian, Minnesota T. 146 N., R. 42 W. The plat of survey represents the dependent resurvey of a portion of the east boundary, a portion of the subdivisional lines, and the dependent resurvey and survey of the subdivision of sections 21 and 24, in Township 146 North, Range 42 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the State of Minnesota, and was accepted November 6, 2008. We will place a copy of the plat we described in the open files. It will be available to the public as a matter of information. If BLM receives a protest against this survey, as shown on the plat, prior to the date of the official filing, we will stay the filing pending our consideration of the protest. The petition was filed on time and was accompanied by all the rentals due since the date the lease terminated under the law. The lessee has paid the required $500.00 administrative fee and $163.00 to reimburse the BLM for the cost of publishing this Notice in the Federal Register. The lessee has met all the requirements for reinstatement as set out in Sections 31(d) and (e) of the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 (30 U.S.C. 188), and the BLM is proposing to reinstate the lease effective December 1, 2007, under the original terms and conditions of the lease and the increased rental and royalty rates cited above. ACTION: Notice of Reinstatement of Terminated Oil and Gas Lease.

SUMMARY: Under the provisions of Public Law 97-451, the Bureau of Land 
Management--Eastern States (BLM-ES) received a petition for 
reinstatement of oil and gas lease MSES 51187 from Denbury Onshore, LLC 
for lands in the DeSoto National Forest, in Perry County, Mississippi. 
The petition was filed on time and was accompanied by all the rentals 
due since the date the lease terminated under the law.
