License, LLC, the licensee of station KPTH-DT, pre-transition DTV 
channel 49 and assignee of post-transition DTV channel 44, Sioux City, 
Iowa, requesting the substitution of DTV channel 49 for post-transition 
DTV channel 44 at Sioux City.
