regulations for residues of pesticides in
or on food commodities. Further

A. New Exemption from a Tolerance
1. PP 8F7327. (EPA–HQ–OPP–2008–
0749). Isagro, S.p.A., Via Caldera 21,
fabbricato D, la 3, Milano, Italy,
proposes to establish an exemption from
the requirement of a tolerance for
residues of the fungicide, Trichoderma
gamsii (strain ICC 080), in or on all
food/feed commodities. Because this
petition is a request for an exemption
from the requirement of a tolerance
without numerical limitations, no
analytical method is required. Contact:

0606). Luxembourg-Pamol, Inc., 5100
Poplar Ave., Suite 2700, Memphis, TN
38137, proposes to amend the tolerance
in 40 CFR 180.1210 for residues of the
fungicide, phosphorous acid and its
ammonium, sodium, and potassium
salts, in or on citrus at 35,600 parts per
