SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold an EPA-
Venture Capital Community Summit: Exploring Programs to Commercialize 
Environmental Technology to follow up the National Advisory Council for

Technology'' (April 2008). The report recommends that EPA create
