the Pacific Gas and Electric Company
(PG&E) filed an amended Joint Offer of
Settlement resolving all issues between
PG&E, the California Power Exchange
Corporation, and the American Home
Assurance Company and certain
affiliates (collectively the Settling
Parties) in the above-captioned
proceeding. On September 29, 2008, the
Commission approved the settlement as
uncontested, subject to the Settling
Parties filing this amendment.
