SAFEGUARDS:
Buildings are secured by a series of
guarded pedestrian gates and
checkpoints. Access to facilities is
limited to security-cleared personnel
and escorted visitors only. Within the
facilities themselves, access to paper
and computer printouts are controlled
by limited-access facilities and lockable
containers. Access to electronic means
is limited and controlled by computer
password protection.
RETENTION AND DISPOSAL:
Destroy upon separation of the
individual from the Agency or the
Reserve Program.

the Government in the Sunshine Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR 102–3.65, the Department of
Defense gives notice that it is
terminating the United States European
Command Senior Advisory Group as of
September 30, 2008. The United States
European Command Senior Advisory
Group is a discretionary federal
advisory committee that is being
terminated pursuant to section 906(b) of
Public Law 110–181.

Records are maintained in a
controlled facility. Physical entry is
restricted by the use of locks, guards,
and is accessible only to authorized
personnel. Access to records is limited
to person(s) responsible for servicing the
record in performance of their official
duties and who are properly screened
and cleared for need-to-know. Access to
computerized data is restricted by
passwords, which are changed
periodically.
RETENTION AND DISPOSAL:
Three years for applicant files not
awarded fellowships. Ten years for
applicant files awarded fellowships.
Records are destroyed by incineration
and files stored on CD ROMs are
shredded.
