ACTION:
Final rule.
SUMMARY: The Commission grants a
petition for rulemaking filed by Esteem
Broadcasting of North Carolina, LLC,
licensee of station WYDO–DT, to
substitute DTV channel 47 for DTV
channel 14 at Greenville, North
Carolina.
The final rule is effective
November 14, 2008.
