The Commission’s August 22, 2008
Order 1 directed that a technical
conference be held to address Dixie’s
FERC Nos. 92 and 93, which would
permit batched shipping of refinery
grade propylene on the Dixie pipeline.

barriers to transmission development.
The technical conference will be held

Room at the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission, 888 First Street, NE.,
Washington, DC 20426. The conference
will be open for the public to attend and
advance registration is not required.
