the Native American human remains
and associated funerary objects and the
Koniag, Inc., Native Village of Larsen
Bay, and Native Village of Port Lions.
Representatives of any other Indian
tribe that believes itself to be culturally
affiliated with the human remains
should contact U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, Region 7, Archaeologist Debbie

786–3399, before November 10, 2008.
Repatriation of the human remains to
the Koniag, Inc., Native Village of
Larsen Bay, and Native Village of Port
Lions may proceed after that date if no
additional claimants come forward.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is
responsible for notifying the Koniag,
Inc., Native Village of Larsen Bay, and
Native Village of Port Lions that this
notice has been published.
