SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy originally published a document in 
the Federal Register on September 05, 2008, announcing a partially 
closed meeting of the Secretary of the Navy Advisory Panel (SNAP). The 
Department of the Navy published a correction notice in the Federal 
Register on October 1, 2008, announcing a change in the date and 
location of the meeting. The time of the meeting contained in the 
correction notice of October 1, 2008 has now changed.
