EPA has issued the following EUP:

Extension. Bayer CropScience, P.O. Box
12014, 2 T. W. Alexander Drive,
Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
27709. This EUP allows the use of 0.02
pound of the plant-incorporatedprotectant, Bacillus thuringiensis
Cry1Ab protein in events T303–3 and
T304–40 cotton plants, on 88.5 acres
(out of 303 total acres) planted to
Cry1Ab-containing cotton to evaluate
the control of lepidopteran larvae such
as bollworm (Helicoverpa zea) and
tobacco budworm (Heliothis virescens).
The program is authorized only in the
States of Arizona, California, Georgia,
Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina,
South Carolina, Texas, and in Puerto
Rico. The EUP is effective from August
28, 2008 to January 31, 2009.

Quality Standard: Second Draft which
