This notice solicits comments for information needed to determine a veteran’s eligibility for specially adapted housing or special home adaptation grant. treatment from private doctors or physicians, eligibility for aid and 
attendance or housebound benefit.

to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a 
currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a
