    The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under Public 
Law 92-463 (Federal Advisory Committee Act) that a meeting of the 
Veterans' Advisory Committee on Rehabilitation will be held on October 
15-16, 2008, at the Paralyzed Veterans of American Building, 801 18th 
Street, NW., Washington, DC. The meeting sessions will be held from 8 
a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 15 and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on October 16. 
The meeting is open to the public.

    The purpose of the Committee is to present recommendations to the
