Paralyzed Veterans of American
Building, 801 18th Street, NW.,
Washington, DC. The meeting sessions
will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on
October 15 and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on
October 16. The meeting is open to the
public.
