Abstract: These final regulations
provide guidance for filing information
returns by donees relating to qualified
intellectual property contributions. The
regulations affect donees receiving
qualified intellectual property
contributions after June 3, 2004.
Current Actions: There is no change to
this existing regulation, other than that
it has gone final.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations, and individuals or
households.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
10,000.
Estimated Time per Respondent: 12
