Energy), on behalf of its public utility
affiliates, Carolina Power & Light
Company (PEC) and Florida Power
Corporation (PEF) filed a supplemental
filing to its September 2, 2008 filing to
revise three additional market-based
rate (MBR) tariffs on file with the
Commission but no longer used by PEC
and PEF. Progress Energy is also
submitting clean and redlined versions
of PEF’s and PEC’s MBR tariffs that were
not submitted in its September 2, 2008
filing.
