The proposed Old Harbor project
would consist of: (1) A 4-foot-high, 30foot-long concrete diversion; (2) a
proposed 6,200-foot-long, varying in
diameter from 16-inches to 12-inches
steel penstock; (3) a proposed
powerhouse containing a 300-kilowatt
generator; (4) a proposed tailrace; (5) a
proposed 10,700-foot-long transmission
line; and appurtenant facilities. The Old
Harbor Hydroelectric Project is
estimated to have an annual generation
of 2.2-gigawatt-hours, which would be
sold to a local utility.

approval to permit Mr. Donnie Crist to
dredge approximately 489 cubic yards
of sediment from the area around a
private boat dock. The dredge area
would include the area around and
beneath the dock and would extend
approximately 150 feet from the dock
into the main channel of the cove. The
dimensions of the dredge area would be
about 150 feet by 62 feet. The dredged
material will be deposited on upland
property outside of the project
boundary.
