4314(c) of Title 5, U.S.C. (as amended

(PRB). Section 4314(c)(4) requires that
notice of appointment of the PRB be

Bank Holding Company Act (12 U.S.C.
1843) (BHC Act) and Regulation Y (12
CFR Part 225) to engage de novo, or to
acquire or control voting securities or
assets of a company, including the

either directly or through a subsidiary or
other company, in a nonbanking activity
that is listed in § 225.28 of Regulation Y
(12 CFR 225.28) or that the Board has

from the ranks of other agencies. The
board shall review and evaluate the
initial appraisal of each OGE senior
executive’s performance by his or her
supervisor, along with any
recommendations in each instance to
the appointing authority relative to the
performance of the senior executive.
