Notice.
The Department of Defense has
submitted to OMB for clearance, the
following proposal for collection of
information under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C.
Chapter 35).
DATES: Consideration will be given to all
comments received by October 15, 2008.
Title, Form, and OMB Number:
Project Time Record System; OMB
Control Number 0704–TBD
Type of Request: New.
Number of Respondents: 2,500.
Responses per Respondent: 52.
Annual Responses: 130,000.
Average Burden per Response: 15
minutes.
Annual Burden Hours: 32,550.
Needs and Uses: Contractors working
for the Defense Logistics Agency,
Information Operations, J–6, log into an
automated project time record system
and annotate their time on applicable
projects. The system collects the records
for the purpose of tracking workload/
project activity for analysis and
reporting purposes, and labor
distribution data against projects for
financial purposes; and to monitor all
aspects of a contract from a financial
perspective and to maintain financial
and management records associated
with the operations of the contract; and
to evaluate and monitor the contractor
performance and other matters
concerning the contract, i.e., making
payments, and accounting for services
provided and received. Defense
Logistics Agency, Information
Operations, J–6, intends to execute this
option on new contracts and, as
necessary, modify existing contract
agreements.
Affected Public: Individuals or
households; business or other for-profit;
not-for-profit institutions.
Frequency: Weekly.
Respondent’s Obligation: Voluntary.

invited on: (a) Whether the proposed

Needs and Uses: The Department of
Defense Education Activity (DoDEA)
regulation 2010.1 (Accreditation
Program) requires accreditation of all
DoDEA schools in order to provide the
activity, the military community served
by the activity, and the public at large
with an external review of the quality of
the educational program provided to
DoDEA students. DoDEA’s accreditation
process is based on the processes and
standards of the North Central
Association Commission on
Accreditation and School Improvement
(NCA CASI)/AdvancED. As part of the
accreditation process, the interview
team uses a worldwide standardized set
of questions to gather data from students
and parents to assess accreditation
standards in the following areas: Vision
and Purpose, Governance and
Leadership, Teaching and Learning,
Documenting and Using Results,
Resources and Support Systems,
Stakeholder Communications and
Relationships, and Commitment to
Continuous Improvement.
