Take notice that on August 22, 2008,
Calpine Texas Pipeline, L.P. (Calpine
Texas) filed a petition for approval of
rates for transportation services,
pursuant to section 311(a)(2) of the
Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978 (NGPA),
and section 284.123(b)(2) of the
Commission’s regulations. Calpine
Texas requests that the Commission
approve a maximum monthly
reservation charge of $0.5121 per Dth,
with a maximum firm commodity
charge of $0.00 per Dth, and an
interruptible transportation rate of
$0.0168 per Dth for its Baytown System.
In addition, Calpine Texas requests that
the Commission approve a maximum
monthly reservation charge of $0.8546
per Dth, with a maximum firm
commodity charge of $0.00 per Dth, and
an interruptible transportation rate of
$0.0281 per Dth for its Freestone
System.
