Power Company filed an application
seeking Commission approval to grant
permission to the Linger Longer
Development Company to install a new
10-slip dock, as well as add additional
slips to an existing six-slip dock on Lake
Oconee. An impervious walkway would
also be constructed in association with
the new dock. The new dock and
additional slips would serve the
residents of the Montgomery Place III
subdivision. The proposed structures
would be built in-place and rip-rap
would be used for shoreline
stabilization, if necessary. No dredging
is proposed as part of this application.
