Feedback will be requested on issues identified during the scoping period for the development of the environmental impact statement for the Four Rivers Field Office RMP. A briefing will be provided on the outcome of the public meetings and other outreach regarding BLM’s announcement of route restrictions in the King Hill Creek Wilderness Study Area that RAC members toured in July. Hot Topics will be discussed by the District Manager, and Field Office managers will provide highlights on activities in their offices. Agenda items and location may change due to changing circumstances. All meetings are open to the public. The public may present written comments to the Council. Each formal Council meeting will also have time allocated for hearing public comments. SUMMARY: Under the provisions of 30 U.S.C. 188(d) and (e), and 43 CFR 
3108.2-3(a) and (b)(1), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a 
petition for reinstatement from Sun Cal Energy, Inc. for competitive 
oil and gas lease WYW159734 for land in Sublette County, Wyoming. The 
petition was

filed on time and was accompanied by all the rentals due since the date 
the lease terminated under the law.
