    On March 25, 2008, FFP Ohio River 19, LLC each filed an 
application, pursuant to section 4(f) of the Federal Power Act, 
proposing to study the feasibility of the Ohio River 19 Project, to be 
located on the Ohio River in Switzerland County, Indiana and Gallatin 
and Boone Counties, Kentucky.
