    Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection.
    Abstract: VSO's complete VA Form 10-0400 to request authorization 
to access VA VistA database. VA will use the data collected to provide 
VSO's who were granted power of attorney by veterans with medical 
information recorded in VHA electronic health records system, 
authorization to access medical information needed to process a 
veteran's compensation and pension claim.
    An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required 
to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a
