AGENCY:
SUMMARY: The Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA) is amending the
Order Limiting Scheduled Operation at
New York LaGuardia Airport that
published in the Federal Register on
December 27, 2006. This amendment
reduces the number of reservations
available for unscheduled operations
from six per hour to three per hour.
DATES: This amendment is effective on
August 28, 2008.
