SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal
Advisory Committee Act, Pub. L. 92–
463, the Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), Office of Research and
Development (ORD), gives notice of two
meetings of the Board of Scientific
Counselors (BOSC) Water Quality MidCycle Subcommittee.
DATES: The meetings (teleconference
calls) will be held on Thursday,
September 4, 2008 and Monday,
September 15, 2008. Both calls are
scheduled to be held from 1 p.m. to 3
p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The
meetings may adjourn early if all
business is finished. Requests for the
draft agendas or for making oral
presentations at the conference calls
will be accepted up to one business day
before the meeting.
