The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Menil Collection, Houston, TX, from on or about September 26, 2008, until on or about January 4, 2009, Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland, OH, from on or about March 1, 2009, until on or about June 7, 2009, Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA, from on or about June 28, 2009, until on or about October 11, 2009, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. Public Notice of these Determinations is ordered to be published in the Federal Register.
