of: (1) 16 proposed OCGen River TGU
generating units, with a total installed
capacity of 400 kilowatts, (2) a proposed
100-foot-long, 24.9-kilovolt transmission
line, and (3) appurtenant facilities. The
project is estimated to have an annual
generation of 1,752 gigawatt-hours,
which would be sold to a local utility.
