Needs and Uses: This collection,
which is based on information
contained in carload waybills used by
railroads in the ordinary course of
business, reports car loadings and total
revenues by commodity code for each
commodity that moved on the railroad
during the reporting period. See 49 CFR
part 1248. Information in this report is
entered into the Board’s URCS, the uses
of which are explained under Collection
Number 1. There is no other source for
the information contained in this report.
