The dock would serve a single-family residential development consisting of 3to 8-acre tracks on a total of 240 acres of private property adjacent to the project boundary. The adjacent southeast shoreline is currently developed with residential housing, docks, and retaining walls. Shoreline to the northwest is currently undeveloped. No dredging, fuel dispensing, or sewage pumping facilities are proposed. l.
