formula rate from the Washoe Project,
Stampede Division and submitted for
conformation and approval on a final
basis, under the authority vested in the
Commission by Delegation Order No.
00–037.00, Rate Order No. WAPA–136
and Rate Schedule SNF–7, effective
August 31, 2008, and ending July 31,
2013.
