Take notice that on July 14, 2008,
Haverhill North Coke Company, filed
with the Commission a notice of selfcertification of a facility as a qualifying
cogeneration facility pursuant to 18 CFR
292.207(a) of the Commission’s
regulations.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the
Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to

incremental transportation rates on its
Colorado Lateral Expansion Project in
Weld County, Colorado (Project). The

Kinder Morgan requests the

firm and interruptible incremental
transportation rates for the Project
approved in the February 21, 2007,
order. The amendment reflects an
increase of $5,785,659 in the total
estimated jurisdictional costs to
construct the proposed facilities, from
$23,549,557 to $29,335,216. The
increased costs are primarily due to
higher costs than originally anticipated

July 29, 2008.
