k. Description of Request: Excel
Energy on behalf of Public Service
Company of Colorado proposes to delete
from license a 31-mile-long doublecircuit 230-kV transmission line
extending from Cabin Creek to the
Lookout Substation. According to the
licensee the line is no longer a primary
line for the project, but it is an integral
part of the Public Service Co’s
interconnected transmission system in
Colorado.
