SUMMARY: The Commission requests
comments on a channel substitution
proposed by Guenter Marksteiner, the
permittee of station WHDT–DT, posttransition DTV channel 44, Stuart,
Florida. Mr. Marksteiner requests the
substitution of DTV channel 42 for
channel 44 at Stuart.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before August 29, 2008, and reply
comments on or before September 15,
2008.
