Application information is required to determine eligibility pursuant to 50 CFR part 253 and the type and amount of assistance requested by the applicant. An annual financial statement is required from the recipients to monitor the financial status of the loan. Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations; individuals or households. Needs and Uses: The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) operates a voluntary fee-for-service seafood inspection program (Program) under the authorities of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, as amended, the Fish and Wildlife Act of 1956, and Reorganization Plan No. 4 of 1970. The regulations for the Program are contained in 50 CFR Part 260. The Program offers inspection grading, and certification services, including the use of official quality grade marks which indicate that specific products have been Federally inspected. Those wishing to participate in the Program must request the services and submit specific compliance information.     The Federal Register notice published on March 7, 2008 (73 FR 
12374) describing the application by the Jacksonville Port Authority, 
grantee of FTZ 64, requesting authority to include Temporary Site 1A on 
a permanent basis and to expand the zone to include an additional site 
in Jacksonville is corrected as follows:
    In paragraph 3, the correct acreage for proposed Site 7 should read 
47 acres.
    The applicant is also requesting authority to delete 47 acres from 
Site 3 at the JPA Blount Island Terminal Complex, and Temporary Site 1A 
will be re-numbered as Site 8.
