Description of Relief Sought: Viking
Air Limited seeks exemption of the
DHC–7–1 from the requirements of
§ 26.11 on the basis that these airplanes
are not currently operated commercially
within the United States, nor are they
expected to be in the future. Therefore,
the operational rules that necessitate the
enhancement of instructions for
continued airworthiness are not
applicable.
