OMB Control Number: 2900–0463. Type of Review: Extension of a currently approved collection. Abstract: Claimants who wish to waive VA disability benefits in order to receive active or inactive duty training pay are required to complete VA Forms 21–8951 and 21–8951–2. Active and inactive duty training pay cannot be paid concurrently with VA disability compensation or pension benefits. PO 00000 Frm 00143 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Claimants who elect to keep training pay must waive VA benefits for the number of days equal to the number of days in which they received training pay. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The Federal Register Notice with a 60-day comment period soliciting comments on this collection of information was published on May 1, 2008, at page 24116. Affected Public: Individuals or households.
