Portions of this system which fall within 5 U.S.C. 552a(k)(5) are exempt from the following provisions of title 5 U.S.C. 552a: Sections (c)(3); (d); (e)(4), (g), (h), and (f) of the Act, but only to the extent that disclosure would reveal the identity of a confidential source. made of the availability for licensing of U.S. Patent Application No. 
11/464,001 entitled ``Broad Spectrum Antibacterial Compounds,'' filed 
August 11, 2006. Foreign rights are also available (PCT/US06/031550). 
The United States Government, as represented by the Secretary of the 
Army, has rights in this invention.
