    Take notice that on June 12, 2008, Bay Gas Storage Company, Ltd. 
(Bay Gas) filed its Refund Report pursuant to Article VI of Bay Gas' 
Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement, dated April 21, 2008. Bay Gas 
states that the required refunds were disbursed to the affected 
customers on May 29, 2008.
    Any person desiring to participate in this rate proceeding must
