However, MMS estimates 15 appellants will pay MMS a $50 fee to obtain credit data from a business information or credit reporting service as a ‘‘non-hour’’ cost burden over the next three years, or 5 appellants per year, for a total of $250 per year (5 appellants per year × $50 = $250).
