SUMMARY: This notice advises the public
that the Western Pacific Fishery
Management Council (Council) will
convene a meeting of the Mariana
Archipelago Plan Team in Mangilao,
Guam.
The Mariana Archipelago Plan
Team meeting will be held Tuesday July
8, 2008 through Thursday July 10, 2008.

Written Statements: Pursuant to 41
CFR 102–3.105(j) and 102–3.140, the
public or interested organizations may
submit written statements to the
membership of the Reserve Forces
Policy Board at any time or in response
to the stated agenda of a planned
meeting. Written statements should be
submitted to the Reserve Forces Policy
Board’s Designated Federal Officer. The
Designated Federal Officer’s contact
information can be obtained from the

Written statements that do not pertain
to a scheduled meeting of the Reserve
