AGENCY:
SUMMARY: The FAA invites public
comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) to approve a current information
collection. The FAA is amending its
hazardous materials training
requirements, requiring that certain
repair stations provide documentation
showing that persons handling hazmat
for transportation have been trained
following DOT guidelines.
DATES: Please submit comments by
August 18, 2008.
