DPR–32 and DPR–37: Amendment changed the license and the technical specifications. Date of initial notice in Federal Register: 73 FR 22443 (April 25, 2008) and Daily Press (May 12 and May 13, 2008). No comments have been received. The supplement dated May 6, 2008 requested approval of the amendment based on exigent circumstances, provided additional information that clarified the application, did not expand the scope of the original proposed no significant hazards consideration (NSHC) determination, and did not change the NRC staff’s original proposed NSHC determination. The Commission’s related evaluation of the amendment, finding of exigent circumstances, state consultation, and final NSHC determination are contained in a safety evaluation dated May 16, 2008. The Daily Press notice provided an opportunity to submit comments by May 15, 2008. No comments have been received.
