SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the Advisory Committee on Actuarial Examinations will meet at the Internal Revenue Service Building, 1111 Constitution Avenue, NW., Washington, DC on Monday, June 30, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, July 1, 2008, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss topics and questions which may be recommended for inclusion on future Joint Board examinations in actuarial mathematics and methodology referred to in 29 U.S.C. 1242(a)(1)(B) and to review the May 2008 Basic (EA–1) and Pension (EA–2B) Joint Board Examinations in order to make recommendations relative thereto, including the minimum acceptable pass mstockstill on PROD1PC66 with NOTICES DATES: VerDate Aug<31>2005 21:47 Jun 11, 2008 Jkt 214001 score. The portion of the meeting dealing with the discussion of the other topics will commence at 1 p.m. on June 30 and will continue for as long as necessary to complete the discussion, but not beyond 3 p.m. Time permitting, after the close of this discussion by Committee members, interested persons may make statements germane to this subject. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Department of Defense has requested the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation to establish several standard treatments for the rehabilitation of historic exterior masonry. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act requires Federal agencies to consider the effects of their undertakings on historic properties and provide the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (‘‘ACHP’’) a reasonable opportunity to comment with regard to such undertakings. The ACHP has issued the regulations that set forth the process through which Federal agencies comply with these duties. Those regulations are codified under 36 CFR part 800 (‘‘Section 106 regulations’’). Under Section 800.14(d) of those regulations, agencies can request the ACHP to establish ‘‘standard treatments’’ detailing standard methods for the treatment of a category of historic properties, a category of undertakings, or a category of effects on historic properties to assist Federal agencies in E:\FR\FM\12JNN1.SGM 12JNN1
