DATES:
Federal solicitations normally do not
specify delivery schedules that will
require overtime at the Government’s
expense. However, when overtime is
required under a contract and it exceeds
the dollar ceiling established during
negotiations, the contractor must
request approval from the contracting
officer for overtime. With the request,
the contractor must provide information
regarding the need for overtime.

invited on: Whether this collection of

valid assumptions and methodology;
ways to enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and ways in which we can

recommendations made to the Director,
TRICARE Management Activity, by the
Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
regarding the Uniform Formulary.
Meeting Agenda: Sign-In; Welcome
and Opening Remarks; Public Citizen
Comments; Scheduled Therapeutic
Class Reviews—Triptans, Osteoporosis
Agents, and Newly approved drugs
under review; Panel Discussions and
Vote, and comments following each
therapeutic class review.
Meeting Accessibility: Pursuant to 5
U.S.C. 552b, as amended, and 41 CFR
102–3.140 through 102–3.165, and the
availability of space, this meeting is
open to the public. Seating is limited
and will be provided only to the first
220 people that sign in. All persons
must sign in legibly.
Prior to the public meeting, the Panel
will conduct an Administrative Work
Meeting from 7 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. to
discuss administrative matters of the
