Primary: Business or other for-profit.

Abstract: Persons importing,
exporting, and conducting international
transactions with List I and List II
chemicals must notify DEA of those
transactions in advance of their
occurrence, including information
regarding the person(s) to whom the
chemical will be transferred and the
quantity to be transferred. For

accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed
information collection is published to
obtain comments from the public and
affected agencies. This proposed
information collection was previously
published in the Federal Register
Volume 73, Number 66, page 18571 on
April 4, 2008, allowing for a 60 day
comment period.
The purpose of this notice is to allow
for an additional 30 days for public
comment until July 7, 2008. This
process is conducted in accordance with
5 CFR 1320.10.

respondents will complete the form
