SUMMARY: The Section of Environmental Analysis (SEA) issued the Final EIS in the above-captioned proceeding on May 30, 2008, and published a notice of availability of the Final EIS in the Federal Register on the same day. It has come to our attention that a statement on page 2 of the notice of availability is incorrect. Therefore, we will strike this language: Parties who wish to file an administrative appeal of the Board’s final decision may do so in writing within 30 days from the publication of the notice of the FEIS. * * * [T]he deadline for filing administrative appeals will be July 7, 2008. IDCU records have not been amended nor added in several years and, due to mandatory routine destruction, in accordance with applicable records disposition authority, no records exist in the system. A ‘‘Report of Intention To Publish a Federal Register Notice of Deletion of a System of Records’’ and an advance copy of the system notice have been provided to the appropriate congressional committees and to the Director, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as required by 5 U.S.C. 552a(r) and guidelines issued by OMB (65 FR 77677), dated December 12, 2000.     Notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) 
is deleting a system of records entitled ``Integrated Data
