It will include sections of the Chelsea, Mystic, Charles, Neponset, Weymouth Fore, Weymouth Back and Weir Rivers, all of which feed into the harbor. The waters of the proposed NDA fall within the jurisdictions of Boston, Braintree, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Hingham, Hull, Milton, Newton, Quincy, Watertown, Weymouth, and Winthrop.
